The Green Tricycle

The tricycle graphic was created from a larger drawing of a green tricycle found on a free website in 1998. The title graphics were created on Microsoft Paint. All of these graphics have been modified through Paint Shop Pro and as such are the property of Cayuse Press. Please do not copy any of the graphics without permission.
The main titles and headlines are in the Fashion Narrow Black font, which was downloaded from a free site in 1997. Similiar looking fonts are also available via free sites, foundries, and CD collections. All other text is in the Georgia font, which is readily available from Microsoft.
The paintings used on the Remembering Jo pages were available from Art.com, a website that had been one of our affiliates until it suddenly went out of business in May of 2001. The pictures are not currently available at the new Art.com. The decorative font used in the Remembering Jo section is Lucida Handwriting, available for download from Microsoft. It is often included in the system font package when you purchase your computer.
The embedded font objects were created with Microsoft's WEFT program, which is available for download from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/typography.
All graphics from affiliate businesses remain the property of those businesses and must only be obtained from them.
