Editor's Note
The Green Tricycle began in 1999 as an experimental thematic zine on the Cayuse Press website, and over the course of that year, became one of its most popular features.
Now we've moved The Green Tricycle to its own home on the web. You'll still find the same variety of works, themes, and features. You'll also find some new features exclusive to The Green Tricycle, too.
The Millennium Issue is our offering for the transition of the 20th to the 21st century. I sifted through hundreds of poems and mini-stories to come up with the fifty two works you'll find here. I'm thrilled to bring you works from writers from all over the world. As each author presents their vision of the past, present or future, you'll experience life from their unique perspective. I think the mix will delight, surprise, and entertain you. Above all, I hope these poems and stories stay with you to echo through your life long after the hoopla of the millennium has passed.
