Did you hear about the man
under a kite - evaporating,
spread all around the Ranstad?
He was building a barge,
long and wide and high.
In a moment
he saw torn wings,
thousands crawling out of the ground
falling one way, or the other.
Struck through his armpit on the left -
like hitting your funny bone
only much much worse.
A stinking cloud flowed above
the mills and canals -
they stayed inside for two days.
His little finger twitched,
that was the beginning.
I suppose it wasn't meant to be.
