A Chocolate Lover's World
In Hershey "ville" the visions are replete
with candy-coated, chocolate covered swirl.
The farm-hands work for kisses (life is sweet!)
when Jolly Rancher meets his Sugar girl.
He brings her cocoa beans and buttercups
and milk made for a honey-mooner's dream.
The sound of cellophane then interrupts
his dashing, dairy fantasy of cream.
His tears roll down the vat where chocolate boils,
the bubbles melting Sugar's frosted heart.
They fumble as they kiss beneath the foils;
their eyes meet - then they know that they must part.
And Jolly never knew another girl
as sweet as Sugar with the chocolate curl.
