Grieving Prints

     your right angles      my
horizontals      found no intersection
     just opposite          parallels

     when our chevrons
almost blindsided me        I read the signs
no outlet      slippery when wet

     we lay as deranged
clothes hangers        some clinging
     some gesturing

     i've begun spring cleaning
i am cramming you in a trunk
and will heave it from rooftop

     although i've sucked the dermis
from this thumb
         its print        i still own
